THE CHEF CONTACT US PREFERENCES USPCA HOME

I usually visit each of my clients about once a month or once every two weeks. I travel to their homes, bringing all of the groceries, utensils and equipment I need to create their meals. Before our first cooking day, I meet with each client to talk about what kinds of food they like and what meals work best for their situation. Some clients are families with children; some are busy professionals who live alone. Some are individuals who are looking to improve their quality of life through diet due to illness or chronic pain syndromes such as Fibromyalgia.

Before your cooking day, I will send a menu for your review. Based on your food consultation and history of service, the menu will contain entrées according to your personal tastes or restrictions. Each entrée is prepared as two to eight servings depending on your family size, so my clients will enjoy the same meal twice within a two-week period. Additional portions can be added to accommodate larger or extended families - even guests.

I take extra care to customize each menu to the client's tastes and dietary needs. With such a variety of styles and cuisines available, you won't see the same meal twice within a minimum 6 month period unless you request a repeat of your favorites! I encourage my clients to share feedback with me to ensure that their cuisine is always pleasing to their particular palate.

When I arrive at a client's home, I bring with me only the freshest ingredients. Groceries are purchased only from reputable grocers, markets and suppliers on the morning of a client's scheduled cooking day. The herbs and seasonings I use are also the absolute freshest and most flavorful that I can find. Depending on a client's needs, custom diets such as wheat-free, vegetarian, low-carb, organic or kosher as well as other restrictions can be followed for an additional fee.
